I weighed myself this morning, and I am up to a 7kg/15.4lbs loss (4lbs this week). Some definition is slowly building in my legs and arms now; it’s not entirely jiggly! I have roughly 10kg/22lbs more to lose, depending on how I feel/look when I get closer to my recommended weight.
I’m very nearly ready to branch out from walking into something a bit more challenging, but my neck pain is quite bad at the moment, so I don’t want to overdo it just now. I am still achieving 10,000 steps every day; no misses so far.
