Wow. Thirty-two days and I’m still going strong with my daily step goal. I don’t want to sound big headed, but that is amazing for me.
On Tuesday I decided enough was enough and I needed to sort my eating out. I’m back on the low-carb waggon, and things are going well. I’ve just had my first weigh in, and I have lost 3kg (6.6lbs). I will post a weekly blog to update with my progress and steps.
Because of my change in diet, I am trying not to push myself too hard with exercise, although I intend to keep getting that 10,000 every day.
