Sundays are supposed to be the day of rest, right? Well, not today!
I put out a request on a Women with Asperger’s group to see if anyone else had a Fitbit and would like to add me as I had no friends on there, and two lovely ladies joined me. We have been undergoing challenges for nearly two weeks now, and it helps SO much!
This weekend there was some healthy competition, and it got me moving. I would never have exercised this much on a Sunday otherwise, so I’m grateful for the motivation. It is so nice to work together to help better ourselves. I love it.
Lunch: Cous Cous, Vegetable Crisps
Dinner: Paneer Jalfrezi with Rice, Salad and Mint Sauce
